On January 12, 2021, our dear friend and co-worker, Theresa Baxter, experienced the unimaginable loss of her son Brandon, who passed away unexpectedly. January 2026 marks five years of grief for Theresa, her family, and all who knew Brandon. Since that time, it has come to light that Mill Run Park in Manlius, New York holds a very dear place in the collective heart of the Baxter family. Brandon and his younger siblings Josh and Kristen spent countless days there for outdoor adventures, fishing, cray fish catching, birthday parties and picnics, and it has become a cherished place for visits today. The Village of Manlius offers a memorial bench program and has confirmed the availability to place a bench in Brandon's name at Mill Run Park.

Please join me in supporting the Baxter family to create a memorial site for Brandon that all can visit. Any funds that exceed the cost of the bench will go to creating an accompanying garden.

In Theresa's words: "We will miss him and love him every day." Brandon's memory will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know him.
