Breathe Again
Hello All who reads this. For the past few years I have been going through a season of no's and not yets and more no's. I am a single mother of 4 by the way. Everything took a turn for the worse at the beginning of 2022 when one of my kids at the time 12 got themselves into a situation and I was the only one there to help. The time and attention needed for my kid took away from my job performance so I ended up losing my well paying job. After that things started piling up and all the no's started rushing in. I could not find a job that wouldn't cost me more just by having it. I applied for all the assistance programs, only for there to be some reason for me to get denied. I understand that thoughts create reality but I guess I just didn't have a handle on that once the struggle began. To shorten this story I ended up losing everything and I mean everything. I am now officially homeless. My older kids were blessed with a few dollars to find an apartment but I didn't qualify to be on the lease due to my credit becoming shot up. I was at ease at first because at least my kids had shelter, but now even with all of them working they are starting to struggle due to the high prices of food, transportation, insurance, I mean you get it. It hurts me so bad that I am not able to help them financially. But even through my struggle I have been educating myself on money and finances. I had no one to teach me how to invest or really anything about how money works, so i figured I better learn now and quickly. Starting over from scratch is hard when no areas in your life are functional. I have been living in survival mode for so long I think I developed a tick or something. Look, to sum it up I am putting my pride to the side to ask for some help. The money I'm trying to raise will help get me back on track buy being able to secure a place and all bills for at least a year so I can finally sit down and breath again. With the new things that I have learned about money and still learning I'm sure will come to action once I'm out of survival mode because at this moment I'm out here in the wild trying to secure shelter and feed myself day to day and I can't see how I'm going to make it through. This donation will keep me from sinking further and God knows what else. Thanks for reading.
