Bring baby Kaysen home
Help Alizai, Koby, and Baby Kaysen Come Home to Omaha
Our family is asking for help during an unexpected and incredibly difficult time.
Alizai traveled from Omaha, Nebraska, to Denver, Colorado, to celebrate her wedding with her husband, Koby. She was 32 weeks pregnant at the time. Shortly after their wedding, their baby boy decided it was time to make his entrance into the world.
Doctors were unable to stop the premature delivery, and Baby Kaysen was born in Denver at just 32 weeks. Thankfully, he is alive and receiving care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Because he was born so early, he is expected to remain in the Denver hospital for approximately six weeks while he grows stronger and receives the specialized care he needs.
This has been an incredibly overwhelming and emotional situation for the entire family. Alizai and Koby are now several hours away from home, while their two-year-old child remains in Omaha with family. Being separated from their home, their family, and their young child during such a frightening and uncertain time has been incredibly difficult.
Koby is doing everything he can to support Alizai and Baby Kaysen while they navigate this unexpected journey. More than anything, they want to be closer to home and reunited with their family while continuing to be by their newborn son’s side.
We are asking for help to ease this tremendous financial burden and, most importantly, help bring Alizai, Koby, and Baby Kaysen home to Omaha.
Any donation, no matter the amount, will make a difference. If you are unable to donate, sharing this fundraiser with your friends, family, and social networks would mean so much to us. Every share helps us reach someone who may be able to help.
We are incredibly grateful for every prayer, kind message, donation, and share. Thank you for standing beside Alizai, Koby, Baby Kaysen, and their family during this unexpected journey.
Thank you for helping us bring this family home to Omaha. ❤️
