I am a hard working mother who still pours into and develops my children and when I asked the non primary father to help me out a school year and he agreed to do and them come back so he can enjoy them in their new home and I dedicate one year to travel for a promotion to be a great provider while being able to work from home now has claimed false accusations to force my boys to stay because he no longer wants to pay child support, and I currently have no access to them until court. Everyone is also confused as to why no access if there is no danger or threat what so ever under my care. I can’t talk to or see my boys until court but need to retain a lawyer one first. Found a lawyer who feels very confident since there is so much supporting evidence to disprove his claims, and is highly invested because she also sees the injustice here. I am asking for anything that could help me secure this lawyer and firm please. My kids are my everything and I enjoy being their mother and watching them grow and thrive. We have a a beautiful and loving bond and it is hurting so much to not be able to hear their voice and them tell me about their day at school. I know that they are hurting too and it is not okay for them then to go through this. They also have a baby sister and she cries for them because she misses them dearly. Our hearts are truly hurting. There is also other concerns about their friend group over there where the dad is and he isn’t realizing we could lose our son to a dark path.
