My husband and I are in our late 20s and parents to three young and beautiful children. Two of them are toddlers and then one newborn. Our newborn was actually born a little early due to a small car accident that I had been involved in. It had forced my body into labor. Luckily are baby was born healthy despite the fact that we had almost lost him during the labor and had sustained minor injuries due to the stress of the birth.

During the time of the accident, my husband and I were looking into and wanting to buy land, so that we can start building our dream home. We want a home for our 3 children to be able to run around and grow up in, rather than a small apartment. However, due to the accident that I had been involved in, our car insurance had declared my car was a loss. Due to the insurance paying off the auto loan and the whole process of having to buy a new car, both mine and my husband's credit was destroyed and we are unable to get a loan to buy the land. We have found the perfect land lot that we have fallen in love with and would like to be able to purchase it before someone else does. So any help given for us to be able to get this land would be greatly appreciated.
