Sometimes life deals a family more than anyone should ever have to endure. Unfortunately, the Burgess family is facing an unimaginable challenge.

Michael, a loving husband and father, is facing a heart surgery and his son Kenneth has been diagnosed with cancer and both are preparing for surgery in the very near future. As they face this frightening and uncertain journey, their family is doing everything they can to stay strong and support one another.

As Michael and Kenneth face this difficult fight, their wife and mother, Chrystie will be taking time away from work to care for them, support them through their surgeries, and help them during their recovery.

While her heart and attention will focused on caring for the two people she loves, the everyday responsibilities and bills don't stop. Between lost income, medical expenses, transportation, household bills, and the unexpected costs that come with cancer, the financial strain on this family will be significant.
