My name is Bernard, and I am a single parent with sole custody of his nine-year-old son, born preterm and with developmental disorders. Currently, I am receiving a limited disability income of $841 per month, yet, I am yearning to return to work to be productive and support my son's needs. I launched this campaign to gain some help with my new business offering delivery services in Belmont, Guernsey, and Muskingum County, Ohio. The service will include local home delivery, small parcels, and up to three skids of expedited freight throughout Ohio. I am desperate to return to work, be productive, and support my son's needs. Therefore, I am requesting your assistance with the startup costs of my business.

After getting my driver's license in 1980, I've never been at fault and haven't had any accidents. From 2001 to 2006, I worked as an experienced driver for moving small amounts of urgent freight, with 5-years of accelerated hauling expertise using a Sprinter cargo van. With a clean driving record, I used to work for some of the biggest freight firms.

Therefore, after looking into various options, I discovered this job that would allow me to work around my disabilities while still providing for my son and myself financially. I am eagerly enthusiastic about this idea since it will benefit residential and commercial consumers. Since all expedited freight cargoes are loaded and unloaded by the manufacturers, I would be able to do these activities despite my disability.

I'm in dire need of several items to start my business. I need to get a 2019 or newer Sprinter 1500 extended high roof cargo van with e-tracks, a hardwood floor, commercial insurance, and complete a Department of Transportation physical. I am asking for your support in raising the funds I'll need for these expenses.

I'm attempting to gather cash for the down payment for the van, the installation of e-tracks, the first month's insurance and fuel costs, and the physical cost. It would cost $25,000 for a down payment with commercial insurance and $60,000 without a loan to reach the whole fundraising target.

While this may appear to be a staggering amount of money, I am convinced that I will be able to meet this goal, which will enable me to start my own business and provide for my son's future. Every small contribution will assist me in achieving my goal of independence.
