Cancer Healing ~ Round Two ☯️🧚🏼‍♀️🦋❤️✨

Diving even deeper into my healing journey, discovering who I truly am, beneath the multiple layers of trauma-formed protection, which have been overshadowing my inner-knowing and locking up my vital life force in various ways. As my mindfulness practice grows, I've been gaining increasing awareness of my somatic and thinking blocks, during the time leading up to this recent diagnosis.

I don't have hope, because hope has an agenda. I have found something deeper than hope ~ grounded knowing that I can, and I must, trust in the divine unfolding, if I want to heal at the level I'm being called to heal.

Whatever appears in my life is what life is asking me to do!

​There is a force greater than my comprehension that is orchestrating this reality. Knowing this, I know that I cannot create cancer or prevent it. All I can do is show up for life every day and respond in accordance with my values.

Uncertainty and the discomfort that comes with it​,​ is ​the paradigm we're ​all ​swimming in. Recently I've felt my anxiety amped up by the global climate of fear​ around COVID-19​. My antidote is to regard it all as inherently dialectical and thus impossible to reconcile. The only effective thing to do is find ways to let one's brain know how to let go. Control of things outside us is only illusion​,​ but such a convincing one​!​ ​Daily, ​I'm ​cultivating self-compassion ​and ​self-​validati​on​​,​ as well as seeking understanding support and effective redirect skills.
