Hello my name is Jhenna Hernandez, my husband's name is Saul F. Hernandez and our baby is Timber. My husband was not born in the states but has been here for 17 years of his 19 years of life. In the process of trying to stay on the good path of life we find our selves at the hardest test of our life. Saul's visa expired in 2012 so he is being charged with overstaying his welcome. He is currently in Denver ICE CUSTODY. His deportation court date is Jun. 7th. If I fail to bond him out or fail to enter the petition papers he will be deported. His bond is $3000 and the papers cost $600 to file. My medical conditions limit me and so Saul was the bread winner and my caregiver. Which means I am also on the verg of losing our place and I can not take care of our Timber by myself, she has already broken two of my fingers and meesed up my shoulder since her daddy has been gone. She is also getting depressed and not wanting to eat anymore. I need them both in my life to help me get through day to day duties. There are three lives here at stake.
