Car purchase

Hi my name is kena , I'm 60 years old and on disability. I'm in desperate need of a car .I need to go to work and work the 20 hours a week I'm allowed to work , and just to be able to get to Dr's. Appointments , grocery shopping etc. If you can help it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
