Help Ash Move to New Job!

Hey friends! As some of you know, I've been in a financial crisis for quite some time due to my disabilities (hEDS, POTS, narcolepsy, Hashimoto's, chronic Epstein Barr, and Co.) and being unable to work enough to make a living, especially now that I'm living on my own. However, I just accepted a job that will work with my current disabilities and energy levels, and it begins by October 1st! The catch - it's in West Virginia... and my car is broken.

Adding up moving costs, car repair costs, and necessities until my first paycheck comes in mid-October, I'm looking at a need of around $2500 minimum. I currently do not have a job, although I'm doing what I can to raise however much is possible on my own.

I would so appreciate any help you are willing to offer to get me to my new job and my new home. I'm so looking forward to having more stability. Below is a breakdown of costs, and absolute needs vs regular needs.

Love you all!

-Ash (and Phoenix) <3

ABSOLUTE NEEDS:

  • $300 - car repairs - including replacing power steering hose and fluid and fixing serpentine belt
  • $178 - car insurance for Sept-Oct
  • $415.24 - property tax on car (which is preventing me from registering it)
  • $50 - registering car (expires in October and is required to be renewed in VA)
  • $50 - inspection and inspection repairs (also expires in October and is required to be renewed in VA)
  • $430 - October rent and utilities at new home in WV
  • $250 - gas for moving prep, the drive to WV, and getting to work for those first 2 weeks
  • $100 - food for myself and Phoenix for the next 3 weeks
  • $120 - my medications, which need to be refilled before moving
  • $100 - Phoenix's overdue vet shots
  • $91 - Utilities for September for the house I'm leaving in VA

OTHER NEEDS (It would be really nice to not have to stress about these during my first two weeks of work, but I'll live without them if I have to)

  • $404 - Uhaul rental (will make everything WAY easier to move, as it can't all fit in my car)
  • $40 - heart rate monitor for Sept-Oct (will help me pace myself and not flare while moving and starting work)
  • $50 - Phoenix pet insurance (to help cover her shots and get established at a new vet in WV)
  • $150 - Dr. appt so I can ensure that I can refill ALL my meds before moving (unsure how long it will take for me to find a new doc and obtain essential meds in WV)
  • $400 - 1/2 of November rent and utilities (rent goes up in November, and I will only have had 1 or 2 paychecks by then)

You read this far?? Omg, you must love me then <3 Sending love to all of you. Thanks for your good vibes and encouragement.
