I am hoping to raise funds that will allow me to provide care for my special needs aunt, Sandy. Sandy is 56 years old with mental retardation/autism. Her mother, Mildred Bores, recently passed away September 4, 2025 and is now under shared family care. She requires 24 hour care and is completely dependent on another person for her wellbeing. She has no speech or form of communication and only limited mobility. I suspect that she was somewhat neglected in the later years of my grandmother's life as her health declined, as was the home they shared. I was not present at that time and it is now my goal to bring Sandy's living standards back up to par, and give her the attention she needs and deserves.
