Chip is 12 1/2 , rescued during Covid, four years ago. I believe he was never seen by a veteranian. I brought him to my veteranian the next day and had his chest x-rayed because his previous owner said he had a cough. He has a severely collapsed trachea. The vet thought at best he may live another 2 years.
He has been on a steroid treatment and several natural supplements. Four years later, he is still with me.
He now has testicular cancer and our veteranian did not want to do surgery because he is on Temaril P and needs to be, to help him breathe.
We went to Angell Animal Hospital this week and had some tests done. They are confident they can remove the cancer. As expected, the cost is high so any help we do receive will be greatly appreciated.
