Christina is a wife and mother of two beautiful children. She was halfway through her 3rd pregnancy when complications arose and was admitted into Sonora Regional Medical Center. Christina ended up having an emergency surgery and contracted a bacterial infection. The infection was so bad it caused her to get Sepsis. 

Tuesday evening, the Doctors at Sonora Regional decided that they cannot do anything else after the multiple blood transfusions were not working. She was life flighted to UC Davis to receive the care she so despartely needed. Because of the Sepsis infection, she is having to be ventilated and on dialysis because her organs were failing on her. 

Christina is such a strong woman we know in our hearts she'll make it. She's too young for something like this to happen and has too much to live for!

Since I have known her, she has always gone out of her way to help and is always there whenever you need her. She's probably one of the most selfless people I've ever met. She always is willing to give a hand and doesn't expect anything in return. I feel like this is the moment to give back to her and her family in her greatest time of need. 

Her husband Zack is now the only source of income and taking care of their two children. They have lots of family to help watch their little ones but they are going to need help with paying rent, utilities, travelling back and forth from UC Davis to home and hotel stays for family to be close to the hospital.
