It’s been an incredibly difficult couple of years for our family. Just as we began recovering from mold illness, we uncovered several more serious health and environmental challenges that have added unexpected medical and financial burdens.

Lindsey was recently diagnosed with a rare condition affecting her upper cervical spine that is compressing her brainstem and may require neurosurgery. Around the same time, we discovered that our family had been exposed to carbon monoxide from an exhaust leak into our vehicle’s cabin, and we’re now also dealing with concerns about possible lead contamination in our home’s well water.

It has felt like one setback after another, but we’re doing everything we can to protect our health and move forward.
