computer for education

my current laptop is from 2014 lately it's been crashing and I need another PC so I can obtain an education I also use a laptop for AI development and coding to learn any kind of help would be appreciated so that I can learn independently i am disabled on a fixed income i cannot afford a new pc especially for writing code
