I’m creating this campaign because I’ve made the difficult but necessary decision to step away from a life that no longer aligns with who I am or the future I see for myself. I chose to uproot everything for my mental stability, safety, and also in order to pursue a my own individual path built on purpose, growth, and genuine passion, not routine or traditional and limited expectation.

My goal has always been to empower others. Through the work I’ve already begun in my career in the hair industry, I’ve dedicated myself to helping people feel confident, informed, and capable of making the best decisions for their lives. I believe everyone deserves to feel supported and to have access to opportunities that elevate them, & I want to continue building a career centered around that mission. While in the height of my career, I've made the mistake of helping other people and interrupting their karma... I ended up inheriting their issues, being blind sided by my own purpose to help no matter what, now I am learning to do what I can and not give from a place of guilt and sorrow. The people I have serviced for free, welcomed in to my home to recuperate, and many other generous things, have stolen from me and turned things that I had going for me upside down. I have now severed ties with people that were using me, and relocated from being harassed and stalked.

Right now, I’m in the middle of a major transition with many surprises that I am facing. I’m relocating and working toward returning to school so I can earn additional licenses and certifications that will allow me to expand my impact. My long-term vision is to open my own trade school! It's also going to be a boarding school where people, especially those who don’t fit the traditional mold, can learn valuable skills, build independence, and create their own paths forward.

This funding will also help me secure stable employment and reliable transportation. Having a car will allow me to access work opportunities, attend school, and stay consistent as I build toward my goals. I understand that entrepreneurship requires investment, and I’m committed to using these resources wisely to create something sustainable. This support will help me maintain momentum, keep my vision alive, and continue inspiring others to pursue what they love on their own terms.

This journey hasn’t been easy. I come from a background where success is defined very narrowly, and support is often conditional. While I do not respect those perspectives, I’ve made the choice not to pursue a career that doesn’t align with my passion or values. This has unsurprisingly caused major separation in my family. Instead, I’m committed to building something meaningful, even if that means doing it without the support I had hoped for! I am getting over the fact that I too, need help while I strive to help others. This is a big thing for me as I have never been the type to reach out or ask for assistance with my path in life, but I am growing and accepting that everyone needs a helping hand and support.

This fundraiser is about more than just financial help, it’s about investing in a vision bigger than me. It’s about choosing growth over comfort, purpose over expectation, and creating something that can eventually give back to others in a real, lasting way.
