Crowdfunding A House
My mom and I have been looking for a house which we can use for ministry and community outreach for 11 years.
We were searching on Zillow and we found the house we feel like we are supposed to buy since it meets all of our unique needs.
It's an energy efficient off the grid house which has areas for farming and other unique features that will suit our ministry and community outreach needs.
However the price is way over what we can afford.
One day I was browsing the internet and I found a really cool concept: crowdfunding to buy houses. Apparently this started out with real estate and spread to individuals making crowdfunding campaigns to fund their houses as well.
Instead of crowdfunding for items for a wedding, or baby shower, or other landmark events, people were crowdfunding for houses instead. I thought this was an excellent idea and something I wanted to try for what our vision for this house is.

We would like to use this property in more than one way including:
1. Housing traveling ministries my mom is connected with through her ministry, Infinite Gifts Ministries.
2. A place for traveling ministries visiting anywhere in the Phoenix, Arizona area to stay for free and be provided room, board, and food the duration of their stay. It would be a true blessing to itinerant ministries visiting the valley who need a free place to stay and a way to sow into their ministries.
3. A place for traveling ministries to hook up their RVs since it has an RV port.
4. Sheltering and rehoming animals which we have done a lot of over the years.
5. A place to give shelter to anyone who needs it.
6. Other community outreach programs and non-profit work as it comes our way.
7. Business ideas such as renting out certain portions for weddings, community sales, and other commercial enterprises to help fund the community outreach and ministry projects.
We appreciate that this site exists as a resource to help us fund our vision.
Please consider donating to help us purchase this property to realize our vision of helping other ministries, giving back to the community, other community outreach, and using the property for rental spaces and other enterprises to fund whatever project comes our way.
Feel free to donate and share this crowdfunding campaign with as many people as possible. God bless.
