This is something we have never had to do before... Ask for money. Obviously, we are only asking if you are able. Our father, Joe Clark passed away pretty sudden. We are trying to raise funds to assist with funeral and burial costs and with medical bills from his recent cancer treatments. Anything helps, even if you can't give, we understand. He had policies but they expired in 2015. So in order for those to be good, he had to pass before that year. Life insurance seems so unorganized and it never seems close to covering a funeral/burial. Policies should be the minimum of what a funeral costs. He paid his entire life on insurance and it didn't cover much. We had great loss over the last 6 years, but our dad was the rock and always worked everything out and took care of this kind of stuff. I guess that is why we need help because we don't have him around.
