Dance Abroad opportunity
Five incredible dancers (Annabelle, Ellie, Elizabeth, Anneliese and Meredith) from Elevations Studio Company will be representing their studio this summer during the Stars of Tomorrow dance tour.
From June 17 through June 29, 2023, these five young women will join dancers from other performance companies throughout the U.S. They will visit Austria, Germany, and Italy where they will participate in 6 performances in historic venues.
During the 12-day tour, dancers will not only participate in performance opportunities but will also take part in master classes taught by leading professional dancers. They will also have the opportunity to participate in philanthropic activities in the local communities they visit.
Since 1997, the Stars of Tomorrow Tour has been bringing together leading dance companies from around the U.S. to showcase their talent in Europe. Each year, nearly 11,000 people attend the Stars of Tomorrow dance performances.
Performances have taken place in historic places including the legendary Dogana Theater in Innsbruck, the Odeo Theater and the theater at the Castle Schonbrunn in Vienna, at the historic fort in Kufstein, and in Lienz and St. Johann.
This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for these dancers! Please help us make this opportunity a dream come true for them!
Expenses for this trip will total approximately $7,000 per dancer. This includes airfare, hotel, tours and guides, master classes, transportation, and most meals.
Any and all donations will be used to directly offset the cost of the trip for each dancer.
This is such an exciting opportunity for these young women to experience the culture of other countries, dance in a place where the arts are highly appreciated, and participate in philanthropy.
