Dean and Melissa are our rescue friends who have been saving animals for most of the 22 years they have been married. Dean has just gotten out of the hospital after being in for over 3 weeks from a small bowel obstruction but is also still very sick and the doctors are not sure what's going on still. He has a referral to UAB but is out of work for at least ANOTHER 4 WEEKS. They haven't even gotten the main hospital bill but already have over 5,000.00 due on their part in medical bills from the surgeries and doctors fees etc. plus him being out of work is making things such a huge hardship. We are sharing this fundraiser to ask for help for them from any one who may be able to give even a small amount.
