Debt Fund Relief

Over the last 3 and half years I have amassed a considerable amount of debt in the amount of $30,821.64 due to having to subsist on two credit cards I've had for several years. I've put in for over 100 positions over this timeframe with multiple state agencies, however, have had no success in attaining a promotion. I have been at roughly the same salary for 7 years which is under $50,000 and have had serious trouble paying down my credit cards when I must keep utilizing them on a monthly basis (i.e., vehicle property taxes in NC, vehicle tires & maintenance fees. Bi-annual home service fees, monthly & quarterly HOA fees, etc. With the outrageous inflation rate hikes that have been happening lately, I transferred my SECU credit card debt to a CFCU personal loan to take advantage of the lower annual rate, but this only saves me about $85.00 on monthly payments. Also, with student loans getting ready to be taken off moratorium will unfortunately add another few hundred dollars out of my budget that I don't necessarily have room for at this juncture. I'm not interested in partaking in one of the myriad of national debt relief programs since they want you to stop making payments for 90 days in order to try to meet their prequalification requirements, risk going to collections, and drastically lower your credit score. My ultimate goal would be to raise a little more than the total amount of loan and credit card debt since if I were to reach my fund request amount, it most likely would not be tax exempt, so I would like to raise the fund amount request to $37,500. I appreciate whomever takes the time out of their busy day to read and consider my request and thank any and all who donate to what seems like a never-ending debt cycle.
