For 3 weeks we’ve been trying to reach South Dakota, sleeping, eating, and living crushed together in our old 2004 Honda Civic—$30 just to fill the tank—heart heavy with exhaustion and fear. Stuck in Albuquerque with no resources left. Gas drains us, $18 showers force sink washes, food a painful luxury.

A hotel room to finally stretch and rest, gas to the next town, or food would lift this weight. I once saw Wendy’s drive-thru pay-it-forward miracles. Praying this reaches kind hearts—this could change our lives. Endlessly grateful. Thank you.
