Demolishing Debt
In 2021, there was a series of events that occurred that caused me to take out loans and credit cards to get basic needs met. Just as I was getting back on my feet, my roommate lost his job and it left me paying for rent, utilities, and all house expenses. I had to stop paying on the loans and credit cards. I called National Debt Relief for help. I have climbed out of much of the crippling debt, and my credit score is improving. But, I still have about $10,000 worth of debt that I am struggling to manage. I have moved to a different location, away from the previous roommate, have a good job and continue to claw my way out. I have successfully paid off two loans and three credit cards in the last four years, but still have two loans and one credit card to go, along with a car payment that is more than halfway paid off. This last credit card I'm trying to pay off has very high interest. I've been paying on it for almost two years and have barely scratched the surface. I will be forever grateful to anyone that may find it in your hearts to help me be free of this burdening debt.
