My name is Karina and I’m asking for help with something that has become a daily struggle for me—my dental health.

Over the past 6 years I’ve dealt with multiple infections and tooth loss that have made eating, speaking, and even smiling incredibly difficult. After trying everything possible to repair the damage, my dentist explained that **dental implants are the only long-term solution** that will allow me to live without constant pain and embarrassment.

The problem is the cost.

Even with payment plans and insurance, the out-of-pocket total is far more than I can manage on my own. I’ve been saving as much as I can, but with bills, rent, and regular expenses, it feels almost impossible to get ahead.

This has taken a toll on my confidence and my daily life. I avoid photos, I shy away from social situations, and I’ve become very self-conscious about something as simple as talking. I just want to feel like myself again and be able to smile without worrying about how I look.
