I’m a single mom raising two kids fully on my own, and lately the cost of living has become overwhelming. I’m doing my best to manage our expenses, but dental costs in particular are extremely high and difficult to afford. Even a basic visit, exams, x-rays, or treatment can add up quickly, and it creates constant stress because dental care isn’t something I can delay when my kids need it.

I work as much as I can, but I can’t always take on full-time hours because my children still need me for school, meals, and daily care. I’m trying to keep them safe and healthy, but when unexpected costs come up, I end up sacrificing my own needs so they don’t have to go without.

I recently paid for my kids’ teacher gifts and a gift for my child’s friend, because I want my children to feel included and not left out. Even small expenses matter, and they add up fast when we’re already stretched thin.
