Hi, my name is Lisa. I'm Veronica's mother. 

Veronica has had many very bad things happen to her. She worked hard to get a masters degree in criminal justice and succeeded. Then she fell ill. Her degree is worthless now. With many medical appts , she still found a job at a bookstore. Now trying to get a second job in order to keep a roof over her head. And a roof over her 3 senior fur kids, one (her soulmate Mini Schnauzer who is in last stage CHF.

Thanksgiving, I purchased the smallest Turkey dinner to try to cheer her. To show you what kind of person she is, she invited a few elderly neighbors who had nowhere to go.

These donations would help pay the rent so she won't become homeless in a month. 

I am disabled and don't have money to help her, and she has no other family that could help.
