I am setting this up for my friend Devon in hopes to help her family during this extremely difficult time.

Devon is an amazing mother, wife, friend, photographer, a devout Christian and truly just beautiful from the inside out. She has the kindest soul and she would literally do anything for anybody. Devon is one of the sweetest and most compassionate people that I know... she has been an amazing friend to me over the decade that I've known her and now it's time for me to try to help her.

On January 11, 2021, Devon suffered from a ruptured brain aneurysm while working out at the gym. A member witnessed her experiencing a seizure and an ambulance was called. She was rushed to the hospital and found to have extreme hemorrhaging and needed an emergency craniotomy in hopes to save her life.

After several hours with one of the best brain surgeons in the country, Devon was brought to the ICU. It is an absolute miracle that she survived what she did.. she is still not out of the woods as recovering from this can cause vasospasms and she is being watched closely by doctors until the risk of these have passed. After the risk of additional bleeding has passed, Devon will need months of speech, occupational, and physical therapy to gain back what she lost.

Devon has a long road to recovery ahead of her, but I believe that God will give her complete healing. In the meantime, her sweet family needs our help. Devon's husband, Billy hasn't left her side and obviously cannot work. They have a beautiful daughter, Penelope, who turns two in a week. All donations from this will be given to Billy to help alleviate the financial stress of neither of them being able to work for the foreseeable future.
