Undefeated. Four state championships in a row. State records broken. History made.

The Dimond High Girls Varsity Bowling Team has is in the middle of an incredible undefeated season and earned the opportunity to represent Alaska on the national stage in Columbus, Ohio this June, but we need your help to get there.

This year’s 4th straight State Championship caps off a dominant run built on dedication, discipline, and teamwork. These athletes don't just win; they continue to raise the bar for high school bowling in Alaska and showing everyone what is possible when young women are supported in sports.

Girls’ sports matter. Youth sports matter. And for many of these athletes, bowling is more than competition, it’s a pathway to confidence, leadership, and future opportunity.

Competing at the national level comes with significant challenges, especially for teams from Alaska. Travel costs are dramatically higher than for teams in the Lower 48, and expenses such as airfare, lodging, equipment, and tournament fees place a heavy financial burden on families.

For Alaska athletes, traveling out of state is also essential to be seen. College recruiters rarely have the opportunity to watch Alaska athletes compete in person. Nationals provide a crucial chance for these young women to compete against top talent from across the country and gain exposure that could open doors to collegiate athletics.
