Hi I am a 37 yr old disabled single mother of 2 teenagers who are the world to me. I have many medical problems that keep me at home most of the time sick. I am on oxygen 24/7 I have congestive heart failure, diabetes,high blood pressure, and I have a lot of stomach issues that causes me to go to the bathroom constantly. I am sick a lot and my kids don't get to do much because of my health and taking care of me. They even have to miss school to go to appointments with me. They go through a lot that they shouldn't have to and never complain. They are scared I'm going to die and leave them alone. The reason I am trying to raise money is because my health has been getting worse and I have never been able to take them on a vacation and I would really love to while I am still able to. They do so much for me and I want to do something special for them. Please I don't like to ask for help but this is something I really want to do for them can you please help make my wish come true.
