I am a disabled marine mom who needs help purchasing my first home. Closing costs, moving costs and down payment is a lot in Hermitage PA. My son has a rare bone deforming disease and loves the gifted program in Hermitage. I can't work so with my limited income I need a little extra help to make our first home purchase dreams come true. My kids are both in gifted and straight A students. I just want to make them happy and in a home where they can stay in their school district. I found a house and have 2 months to save up this money.
