Disabled woman needs help

I am an elderly disabled woman. I have lupus, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, fought cancer and am partially blind. I developed meningitis in August after fighting a huge infected back surgery incision in and was in ICU and hospital for 8 days. I have now developed permanent health issues as a result, and am unable to do many things. My short term memory has been affected. I also suffer from severe nerve pain. I am alone in the world except for my elderly service dog, family all dead that could help me. The building I live in has been sold, and the owner wants to turn it into high end apartments for section 8. I have been on the waiting list for over 3 years, and am still in the 1400's on the waiting list. The new landlord is raising the rent because he is renovating the 4 plex building I live in. He put in new bathtubs and refinished hardwood floors. He says it justifies the $200 he is raising the rent. My rent at this time is $325, and has been since the previous owner of 2.5 years. I can't afford $525 on my $973 SSDI check, as I pay my own utilities, get $20 a month in food stamps, and have my other needs to pay for such as my medicine and household, food, personal items. I need to move into another apartment. If there is anyone who can help me, I would greatly appreciate it! I have been so worried about how I am going to afford to move! My health doesn't allow me the ability to pack and move it all by myself, I don't even own a car that I could move some my belongings in. I will need to hire a handyman to move my furniture, washer/dryer, etc and help me pack. I also need a deposit for my new apartment, first months rent, moving truck, utility transfers, etc. I am scared to death of being homeless with my health. Thank you, and for anyone who can't donate, pray for me that it all works out.
