App for DID/OSDD to become a Nonprofit Organization
The Multiplied By One app for supporting communication in Dissociative Identity Disorder systems will be free and without ads, though, it is not without cost. As the founder of the app, I am working to fund this project through donations and at my own expense.
With an amazing team of volunteer developers, the app is nearing beta testing.
There is so much more that we can do as an organization, and there are invaluable opportunities for the Multiplied By One web app if registered under nonprofit status.
A few of the benefits:
- 2,000 USD per year of free AWS (Amazon Web Services) to host the app and its use
- Access to grants
- Ability to fundraise without taxation
- Ensuring a future of keeping the app available for free and without ads
Not only that, but the services that we hope to bring to the community are far more than an app, which a non-profit status will allow.
Donations will go to:
- Provincial and federal non-profit registration fee
- Other associated fees, such as NUANS, Tax ID, Business number... etc
- PO Box for non-profit private address

The value of a donation can go towards your membership to the other services of Multiplied By One.
