Need a doctor's note required for a paid clinical study. I have no health insurance or primary care physician and haven't for 15 years. Car was stolen two weeks ago and now I'm out transportation and the way I used to make my living being a delivery driver. Down to my last $50 that I'm going to end up spending on my phone bill in 2 days because I just asked for an extension for 72 hours. The clinical study would dramatically change my life. I'm desperate which Is how I ended up trying to make a fundraiser.
