It is with heavy hearts we mourn the loss of our dear friend, Zealon Solomon, 

Zealon loved his wife Anna Solomon and their daughter Ellington. He was excited that he and Anna would be having a son in June as well. Zealon was a quiet servant. Serving his church, community and his students.

We ask for prayer for Anna and their family during this time as they grief this great loss. We want to bless Anna and Ellington during this time and give everyone a way to alleviate some of the her financial responsibilities.

My sweet friend Anna tragically lost her husband, Zealon Solomon this week. He was a loving husband, father, and friend. They are faithful members of Christ Church Northside and Anna teaches at Christ Church Academy. 

Zealon lived his life to make an impact on all those around him - both in his local community through his church and in his career as the assistant principal at Plaquemine Senior High School and a teacher before that. We are all grieving his passing. If you want to see a brief glimpse of the impact he had on others, glance at his Facebook profile - it's a beautiful tribute to a faithful brother who lived to serve others. Anna and Zealon have a little girl, Ellington (2 yrs), and are expecting a little boy this summer.
