However, my joy was short-lived as on November 7, 2023, during a routine visit to my OBGYN doctor, I received the heartbreaking news that the cancer had returned. The weight of those words hit me like a ton of bricks, and I was urged to contact my oncology doctor immediately to initiate another round of chemotherapy. The sudden recurrence of the disease was a devastating blow, not just emotionally but also financially.

When I was initially informed that I was cancer-free, I had naively believed that I could resume my normal life, including returning to work and gradually tackling my mounting bills. Unfortunately, the reality proved to be far more challenging. With the cancer's resurgence, I find myself once again trapped in a relentless cycle of chemotherapy treatments, scheduled every three weeks, at the Cancer Comprehensive Center.
