Hey new & old friends! I am reaching out to you because I have finally found the courage to leave my 25 years toxic marriage and I could use some help. For those of you who don't know me, let me tell you a little bit about my journey.

I am a Racine, WI native who has been connected to the same man for 25 years. It was not all unicorns and rainbows for any of us. My kids and I have gone through long periods of different kinds of abuse and neglect. I have left my home a total of 10 times before I decided, I have to STAY gone if I don't want to BE gone for good. I have been able to manage living on my own for going on 2 years now but my battle is not over.

I still have to get through my divorce. Since filing for my divorce almost 6 months ago, we are barely scratching the surface and my bank account is consistently scratching me. I have already paid about $5000 out of pocket and due to my ex playing games, I am almost out of money to help cover the cost of my legal fees. I am not getting any financial support from my ex or the government and I need help to secure this divorce. I am looking to raise a minimum of $7,500 to put in my trust account to pay my attorney. I cannot afford to lose her and I am barely making enough to keep her. Can you please help me cover my attorney fees so I can finally be free from this abusive man and marriage so I can be on the road to the restoration and healing that I need?
