Dylan The Warrior
Dylan Modelski is a Poland Elementary 2nd grader who recently had IMRI Stereotactic Craniotomy surgery to remove a brain tumor. The road to recovery will undoubtedly be tough but if anyone is up for it, its our Dylan. In support of our little warrior and his amazing parents, we have teamed up FreeFunder to create a place where folks can donate funds which will go toward the towering medical bills and needs for little D. To all the folks who already purchased T-shirt we are eternally grateful.
