Elimu Afya Trust
Supply sanitary products for 1 low-income girl for $12/year or $1/month! Our goal is to supply 500 girls with sanitary products for a year. Please help us achieve this goal!
The Elimu Afya Trust is a non-profit organization aimed at providing sanitary products for low-income girls in Kisumu, Kenya. Rural schools in Kenya often do not have access to clean water or any water at all. If girls don't have access to sanitary products, they often use mattresses pieces or rags which keeps them at home and behind academically. In 2011, I met Pascaliah, a nurse passionate about helping girls achieve their dreams by staying in healthy and in school. She is one of the founders of the Elimu Afya Trust.
