Am in desperate need of some immediate help for rent! Fell on some hard times. I am 70 and have severe osteoarthritis and can hardly walk. My husband is 68 and has developed a rare case of leukemia and often needs transfusions that Medicare does not pay in full. He has had 4 operations in the past few years and each time has to miss work and we fell. Farther and farther behind. We fell behind on rent and utilities and are being threatened with imminent eviction! We have no means to borrow any money.
