Emergency Food Fund
SNAP(formerly known as Food Stamps) is set to pause starting November 1st. 42 Million Americans rely on SNAP to cover their monthly groceries.
This is a small fund to help cover 10 people’s monthly SNAP. The goal is to raise about $300 per person. All the money will be equally divided among recipients.
The 10 recipients include college students putting themselves through school, crisis workers, volunteers, and loving parents. We couldn’t stand to see our friends, family, and neighbors struggle due to the government shutdown. They are from northern and Southern California, Chicagoland, and the East Coast!
If you are able to donate any amount helps no matter how small. If you don’t have the funds at this time consider sharing this fundraiser. It’s tough out there right now and we appreciate your care and help.
