Long story short, I helped someone get out of a rough situation. They promised to repay me and never did. Now I'm the one in a rough situation, drowning in debt, with no one to return the favor and help me.

Helping is who I am. I've always felt fortunate for the life I've been given and it's important to me to uplift others who aren't as lucky. But my kindness was taken advantage of. I don't know where to turn to for help, so I hope a stranger sees this and understands what it's like.

Never thought I'd be doing this, but here I am. I have a stable job, healthy, but far from happy.
