I don't normally do things like this and really feal embarrassed even asking. I am looking for rental assistance, I have been in this house going on 5 yrs and up until this passed yr have been ontime with my rent. This year has hit me hard with surprise bills, fixing my truck and deaths in my family making me have to purchase last minute air fair. I am quite a bit behind and the landlord has been really working with me, but now I am facing eviction, and would either like to get him caught up and stay here or give him back his house and move into something cheaper. I have been a single father for the passed 2.5 yrs and it is really hard in today's day in age to keep afloat on 1 income. Every year I donate 3 weeks of my time and every weekend from November 1st to Middle of January setting up and running a charity christmas light show to help families with children living with cancer or other serious life threatening illnesses. However now I am the one in need of assistance.
