I've been at my apartment for 20 years and I've never had an eviction notice. 2025 was a really rough year, as I lost my brother unexpectedly and had to pay half of the funeral cost which put me behind on bills for the rest of the year. I've been self-sufficient all my life and have been the only helper from friends to family. I have a 3 day notice as of Jan 13th and on the 16th if I can't come up with 1600 I have to leave the premises. It's heartbreaking to go through any of this by yourself. I'm just reaching out, if it works then thank you, you helped save 20 years of memories but if it doesn't then thank you for reading this and I hope you or anyone you know won't have to go through anything like this.
