Hello my. Name is Thomas Phillips. I live in the Indian Springs lake estates POA Community. Last week our Community was hit by Tropical Storm Edouardo. We have several roads that are impassable and First responders cannot access in a timely manner.

‘Our POA does not have the money to properly repair the roads and due to the fact the roads are Private property Polk County Tx has not been able to assist.
