Hello, i am mark hines.i am asking for assistance to travel to the phillipines.my girlfriend lives in the province and works as a teacher but it is in a bad area.im trying to bring her here to get her away from the threats of other schools and militants that frequent the area.to do this i have to first travel there and meet with embassy members in person.i have to finalize a marriage which i really want to do.true dreams rarely happen but im hoping this one happens. I have never in my life asked for hepl of any kind but this is the only way that i can think of to make this happen.
