The Challenge:

EMS students face tuition costs ranging from $1,200-$8,000, textbooks exceeding $500, and certification fees—all while juggling demanding clinical hours that limit their ability to work. Meanwhile, working EMTs and paramedics earn median wages significantly below other healthcare professionals, despite the physical and emotional toll of their work. Many work multiple jobs just to support their families while continuing to serve our community 24/7.

Our Mission:

This fund provides direct financial assistance to:

Students pursuing EMT and paramedic certification through scholarships, textbook assistance, and exam fee support

Working EMS professionals facing unexpected hardships, medical expenses, or equipment costs

Continuing education to help EMTs advance their skills and careers

$150 covers certification exam fees
