Hi everyone. I’m reaching out because I need a little help taking the first real step toward building the future I’ve been working toward. I’m raising $750 to officially register my business, Everlong Haven, as an LLC with the state of Massachusetts. This amount covers the state filing fee and the small additional costs involved in submitting the paperwork.

As many of you know, I’ve been working as a driving instructor. What most people don’t know is that the job has taken a serious toll on my health. The physical strain has begun to affect my spine, and continuing in this role is no longer safe for me. I’m ready to move toward work that doesn’t harm my body and allows me to build something meaningful, sustainable, and aligned with who I am.

Everlong Haven is that path forward.

My vision is to create a small business that supports people who often feel overlooked or overwhelmed. I want to offer practical help to anyone who needs a steady, nonjudgmental presence. If you’re LGBTQ and need assistance with name‑change paperwork, I’m your person. If you need a companion for a court date or a difficult appointment, I’m your person. If you need help navigating forms, documents, or unfamiliar processes, I’m your person. I want Everlong Haven to be a place where people feel safe, supported, and seen.

Alongside these services, I’ll also be offering creative products. I love finding oddities and curiosities while traveling, visiting yard sales, exploring craft fairs, or simply moving through the world. Every item I sell will come with its own story — where it came from, who made it, or the lore behind it if it’s something I created myself. I don’t want to sell objects. I want to share pieces of wonder, each with a history and a heartbeat.

I chose the name Everlong Haven because I want everyone who interacts with my business to feel exactly that — a haven that lasts for as long as they need it. Whether you’re buying a pinned butterfly wing or asking me to accompany you through one of the hardest days of your life, my goal is to offer comfort, steadiness, and care.
