This fundraiser has been created to generate the finances needed for my debut studio album, entitled "Exit Inertia".
***IMPORTANT FUNDRAISER INFO***
I am extremely blessed to have 2 family members (who would like to remain unnamed), that are offering to be matching donors for this fundraiser. That means that whatever you choose to donate, they will match it, giving your donation double its original value. I am so blown away by this level of generosity and feel so incredibly blessed to have their support.
Music projects are far more expensive than I could have ever even imagined, and it is unfortunately just not something that I can fund myself. From the actual studio time, to production costs, to photoshoots, to music videos, to live performance equipment, to merchandise, and to hopefully a tour following the album, this baby isn't going to be cheap.
My goal is to raise $6,000, meaning I only need $3,000 in donations, because up to that amount will be matched by my family donors.
Any gift you are able to contribute would mean the absolute world to me, and will quite literally be helping to make all of my dreams come true. I know that so many of you have been waiting for this just as long as I have. Thank you so much for your constant support, encouragement, and belief in me. I cannot wait to see what the future holds, now that I am finally walking the path I have always felt destined for.

My Story:
Music has always been the main force that drives my life. My love for it began before I even have memories to recount. It has always been my greatest love, my biggest feeling of purpose, and the second nature language that I have somehow just always known how to speak.
Treasuring something that much can instill a lot of fear for what the loss of that magic might feel like. Several years ago, I began to realize how long I have subconsciously pushed this passion to the side. I attempted to pursue every other gift or hobby that I had. But none of those pursuits ever really felt right, or like they were fulfilling my one true desire.
From the time I was a kid, all I ever wanted to do was be a professional singer. Yet the thought of music being “work” was horrifying to me because it has always felt like the exact opposite of that. It was always my most sacred place of relaxation and rejuvenation. I was scared that fully pursuing it as a career would tarnish the sparkle that it has always given to me.
After officially being diagnosed with Chronic Lyme Disease in 2017, my entire world changed. My health had been an issue for years, counting all the way back to 4th grade, but I never had the proper diagnosis. We finally had the real answer for what was wrong, but what I didn't realize was how sick the treatment for this disease was going to make me.
After my treatment began, I spent the majority of my time in bed, but the one thing I would muster enough strength for each week was karaoke on Sunday nights. Getting a microphone in my hand, and the chance to sing, was the most therapeutic thing I had. Though this was the hardest time of my life, it was also extremely eye opening to see that after all these years, and amidst all this suffering, music was still my greatest source of joy and peace.
It was then that I realized I couldn't run from this dream anymore. I began to ache for healing stronger than ever before, just so that I could finally give this aspiration a real shot. My entire frame of mind changed when I realized how badly I wanted to finally go after this, and I strongly believe it has been one of the main driving forces leading me to success in my healing journey.
I am still suffering from Lyme Disease, but I have improved dramatically in these last 2 years. I am playing close to 12 shows each month, along with working 2-3 days each week in the studio. Music is now my full-time job, and it hasn't lost its overwhelmingly profound and magical impact on my soul. I now know that nothing can tarnish it, and that it will always be the thing that will pull me out of my darkest moments.
So here we are. After almost 32 years of life, I am finally releasing my very first studio album! I have dreamed of this since I was just a kid, and to think that it is finally happening, surpasses the word surreal.
It's been almost 2 1/2 years in the making, and it has not been the most seamless or easy journey. I've had a lot of twists and turns thrown my way. I have felt so many moments of defeat, sorrow, confusion, and stress. But I have still always known that no matter how challenging the journey became, I would see this through. I am finally approaching the finish line, and have truly never felt prouder of anything, in my entire life.
This 12-track album is entitled, “Exit Inertia”, because it is a dedication to the fact that I am FINALLY breaking free from the pattern that I have been stuck in for so long. There are no more excuses. Not even my ferocious health limitations have the ability to suppress this dream or extinguish this fire. I question a lot of things in life, but if there is one thing, I am certain of, it is that this is what I was placed on this earth to do. Music is my purpose.
