On 12/31/2025, my family and I were displaced due to a freak fire accident. Everyone is safe and well! However, the fire was very destructive destroying our property and making the entire unit uninhabitable. This made management terminate our lease immediately (4 months early) thus leaving us temporarily homeless. However, we are currently staying with family. We have 3 little children, ages 5, 2, and 1. The apartment is now doing the renovations and repairs it seems just to raise the price of rent for the next tenant. They're only giving us 2 weeks notice to move all our belongings left out of there. On top of that they're taking the entire deposit as well as charging us with damages. Very bad timing on me not renewing our renters insurance as it expired a month earlier. However, we still had cherished and important belongings that were saved (until recently) that we were planning to move into storage. This tragedy has left us in a very bad spot.
